How To Make Crunchy Peanut Butter

  • Peanuts plain or lightly salted
  • Honey
  • Vegetable or peanut oil

Lightly roast the peanuts in the oven on gas mark 6, 200 centigrade 40 Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes once roasted, remove from the oven and leave to cool

In a suitable food processor add your peanuts and roughly blend them. Remove a handful of the chopped nuts and set them aside for later. Resume blending the nuts and add peanuts or vegetable oil to the nuts also season with salt if necessary.

Once the peanuts have started to break down into a smooth consistency add a couple of teaspoons of honey and continue blending.

Once you are happy with the consistency, add the chopped nuts you set aside, and lightly blend. Remove from the blender and place in jar or bowl I will refrigerate my peanut butter and I like it served cold

Peanut Butter Variations

Today we are talk most hot three favourite variations of peanut butter

1. Vanilla Peanut Butter

I would love to share with you the recipe to make three healthy spreads peanut butter Nutella and coconut butter so simple to make just a few ingredients and so delicious so without any further.

Let’s begin with the peanut butter I’m using peanuts obviously salt and vanilla paste to obtain peanut butter you simply need to blend the peanuts depending on the power of your blender.

This process may take a few minutes but trust me it will work I’m gonna take two tablespoons of these nice crunched up peanuts to add a little bit of crunchiness to the end result.

I suggest adding a pinch of salt and a bit of vanilla bean to enhance the flavor I slice the vanilla bean in half and I take the seeds out with a knife.

Now I blend everything together until I get the desired consistency and the peanut butter is ready to use so easy and so good I’m just sprinkling a few of those crushed peanuts that I saved earlier and enjoy.

2. Nutella Peanut Butter

How to make a healthier version of nutella I’m going to use these five simple ingredients I’m going to toast the hazelnut in the oven or you can use a pen for about eight to ten minutes at Fahrenheit this not only enhances the flavor.

But it also allows us to take off the peels which sometimes can be slightly bitter to do so you can simply put the hot hazelnut into a container and shake it for a while this will make the peel falloff very easily

Now put tablespoons of sugar in the blender so that it becomes a powder and i do that to make the spread smoother as sometimes the sugar doesn’t melt completely into the oils.

Now add the hazelnuts without most of the peel and the cocoa powder blend everything for a few minutes and then.

Add tablespoons of coconut oil or any delicate vegetable oil such as peanut oil meanwhile I cut the chocolate in pieces and I melted in a double boiler.

I find it so satisfying to stir melted chocolate looks so good now my favorite part we’re gonna add the chocolate blend everything until it becomes nice and creamy pour it into a jar and enjoy.

3. Coconut Peanut Butter

Now last but not least the coconut butter if you love coconuts I bet you will really enjoy this bread h the list of ingredients all you need is shredded coconut almonds if you want and cinnamon to your taste.

I start by soaking the almonds with hot water from the boiler for about two to three minutes this allows the peels to come off very easily just like this peeling the almonds is optional.

I like to do it so that the coconut butter at the end is nice and white but obviously any almonds will work also I suggest putting them in the oven for around minutes at

Fahrenheit which leaves them lightly toasted and I think it enhances the flavor but also this step is optional while they’re still warm I blend the almonds for a few minutes.

And then I add the coconut it smells so good and also the cinnamon I put less than a quarter teaspoon but you can put as much as you like to blend everything together every once in a while scrape off the sides it would actually take probably minutes of blending together everything a lot of patience to scrape off the sides rather than using a spatula.

I realized that it was better to use something metal whisk that doesn’t get cut with the blades of the blender it works great so I want to blend this a little bit more to get it even creamier and now that it’s ready to pour it into a jar and if you spill some you should probably do a taste test.

Can You Make Peanut Butter in a NutriBullet?

Peanut butter and to make it at home it’s a bit tricky because you always have to have powerful blender and tools.

Let’s try it out how it works when using nutribullet i have some peanuts so let’s get started first we will need to roast them on a pan on a medium heat until they turn golden brown.

It is going to take a couple of minutes but keep an eye on them so they don’t burn once that’s done let them cool down for another minutes.

I have roasted some peanuts and they have now cooled down so let’s transfer them to the nutribullet and let’s start blending to make the peanut butter so the whole process is happening quite fast so far i have landed for about.

I don’t know half a minute or so and that on the bottom it’s already starting to perform something similar like peanut butter it’s still like a bit crunchy and stuff.

What I’m going to do now is to open it and mix it a little bit and then continue blending again so this is after second time.

I have blended for another minute and as you can see it looks a lot more like an actual peanut butter but it’s still a little crunchy.

I’m going to open it again and mix it a little bit again and blend it again for another minute or two to see if it actually gets super creamy or not but otherwise i think this is one of the easiest ways to actually make peanut butter.

It’s super easy and super quick but let’s try it again and we will see how it looks after the third time of blending after.

I have mixed it let’s go so I have stopped blending is our final product as you can see it is super creamy and there is no crunch at all I’m actually super surprised because I didn’t expect to have such good result.

I’m super happy to see this and it was less than three minutes of blending and we have perfect peanut butter and I think i forgot to mention but this is just peanuts nothing else not even salt but of course if you want you can add salt as well.

But I haven’t added any oils or anything like that so this is truly incredible.

Can You Make Peanut Butter in a Ninja Blender?

I’m going to demonstrate making homemade peanut butter in my ninja blender the ingredient is peanuts so we chose unsalted peanuts but you can choose whatever brand you want the peanuts in the pitcher all right just put the lid on takes roughly around three to five minutes hit the power button.

My favorite smoothie actually is this peanut butter banana smoothie it’s made with only five ingredients the perfect combination of nutrient-dense foods filled with fiber and proteins so it can fill you up in the morning or between meals and plus a pretty much tastes like dessert.

  • Peanut butter
  • Frozen bananas
  • Yogurt
  • Rolled oats
  • Almond milk
  • Some cinnamon
  • Extra serving of protein

What you’ll need peanut butter, bananas, yogurt, rolled oats, almond milk, and some cinnamon for topping so the beauty of making smoothies is that they’re usually super quick and all you need to do is just throw everything in a Vitamix blender.

Blend it up but one of the important things that I like to do is to make sure one of the items is frozen I always like to just have some frozen bananas in the freezer any time the bananas are starting to go ripe.

I freeze some so let’s go ahead and put frozen bananas so we’ll add the frozen bananas to the blender that’s going to make sure that it’s nice and creamy and thick without needing to water it down with any ice.

Next, we’ll add some peanut butter you can use creamy or chunky now we’ll add some yogurt this makes it more creamy and adds an extra serving of protein the oats are to thicken it up add some fiber and just make it a fuller meal and finally.

We’re add some almond milk you can use any milk you want you can even just make it with water it just helps the blender go and gives it the liquid that it needs and let’s give it a whirl all right the blender did all the work.

Now it’s nice and creamy and thick and you’re ready to have it this amount is perfect for two servings that are each ounces and then what you can do is you can add a little drizzle of peanut butter on top.

You can also add some bananas on top which might sink sometimes they sink they stayed and if you’d like you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

You have it easy peanut butter banana smoothie with extra protein and extra fiber from the rolled oats and now smoothie your smoothie is ready.
